The Expo is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your company’s products and services to the Inland Northwest’s aerospace manufacturers. Last year, the conference had over 200 attendees and 50 exhibitors. Next year will be even bigger and better.
Our exhibit space is designed to be very interactive and will be located in a high traffic area adjacent to the conference space. Designated expo times will allow attendees to visit expo booths, while giving exhibitors the opportunity to listen to presentations at other times during the day.
Not sure you want an entire booth or you are short-staffed and would like to have a presence without being tied to a booth? Consider a display table in the main conference hallway.
Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. The expo sells out each year, so register early to guarantee your booth space.
Booth and table fee includes registration for one exhibitor. Additional exhibitors can be added for $135.
The 2020 - Exhibitor Booth Locations
8' deep x 10' wide booth consists of a 10' wide back section of cloth trade show drapery with 3 'high side drapes extending out 8' on each side of the booth. Drapery colors are Black backdrop with Black dividers.
Each booth includes one 24'' wide x 6' long Black skirted table topped with white vinyl and 2 chairs
500w electrical connection (5 amps, 110 volts) is available at no additional charge
Shared 2MHz WiFi is provided. Dedicated 2, 5, and 10 MHz WiFi priced on request.
On advance request, two adjoining booths can be combined into one 8' deep by 20' wide with no separating rail/side drape between them
Includes one 24" wide x 6' long blue skirted table topped with a white table covering
*For non-standard requirements including additional furniture, additional utilities or set up assistance, contact the Design Events coordinator. Additional costs for non-standard requirements are contracted directly with venue, not the I-90 Corridor Expo.
